If you’re not completely satisfied with your Kahrs product, and you think there may be a product fault, please submit the following information to sales@kahrs.com: PO number, name of product, description of issue, completed Customer Service Form *downloadable here, images and/or videos of the issue. We will then aim to respond with a full set of recommendations within 48 hours.
